#011 As we believe, so we act. As we act, so we become.

The eleventh tone of our learning journey is about Liberation (also called Spectral). We did it. In a cycle of 10 qualities of time, we went from questioning what is our purpose to the manifestation of it.  But time is not only circular, and cyclical. It is a spiral because we release that first cycle in order to reach the next ones. So today is about to set yourself free.

11. Liberation: To set free of the mission. To release. To let go

How to release and let go?

Innocent, spontaneous, and also wise. The solar seal of the day is the Blue Monkey. It is the archetype of the illusionist who masters reality as an illusion, the blur of our perception. The questioning scientists, inviting us to play with the reality itself.  Don't hold strong into your beliefs. They will change. You will change. Change is the only constant.

Let's play a game. Bring your children's mindset. Imagine that You and I had just arrived at another spin in the living world. We did it. We are learning so fast. After some decades or so, we are aware of most of the established human knowledge. Then we took from the shelf of the elders a glowing book, with iridescent letters on the cover and tons of symbols. We always liked symbols. On each page is presented a concept, unfolded in four dimensions. And so do we learn about the study of numbers (arithmetic). The study of numbers in space (geometry). The study of numbers in time (music). And the study of numbers in spacetime (cosmology).

Quadrivium: The Four Liberal Arts of Number, Geometry, Music & Cosmology
Quadrivium
The quadrivium-the classical curriculum-comprises the four liberal arts of number, geometry, music, and cosmology. It was studied from an...

We knew already that numbers are important. Maybe with the misconception that they were invented as a language to make rational sense of the world rather than discovered as a language that we learned in order to translate the world. A language of essential data, raw, all around, from what our fragmented worldview made us split into energy to matter. The energy that we found names such as gravity, electricity, magnetism, or strong and weak nuclear forces (and more yet to come). The matter vibrates through energy, shaping itself as atoms, and becoming the building blocks of the perceived reality. But, in fact, is a cosmic dance. One that all of this – energy and matter, time and space – is inseparable. Everything is number. God is number.

As we learned, cosmology is the study of numbers in spacetime. Numbers that become energy and matter. When we talk about a cosmovision of a people we are referring to the cosmic worldview of a society or civilization. It is the invisible arrow placed by ourselves upon our own heads, consciously or unconsciously, identifying: "now you are here". Going further, a worldview is a panorama, the cognitive orientation of an individual as part of a society, encompassing the whole of the individual's or society's knowledge and point of view. I studied with a scientist that used the word "Vista" but abandoned it because of Microsoft Windows.  And, since, we have five senses and not only one – taste, smell, touch, hearing, sight – is fair to talk about cosmoperceptions instead of cosmovisions.

Do you know your cosmic worldview? What is your cosmoperception? We are playing a game here, the game of time. So I invite you to, today 1. Live the day. 2. Live moment to moment. and 3. Deep dive into the moment. That's it. I could offer a lot of other guidelines and rules to the game, like "connect with your breath", or even some cheat codes, like saying "the seed of the answer you seek lies in the emptiness between breaths.", but this would be just my way to translate my steps playing the game.

“We as a nation must undergo a radical revolution of values.”
– Dr. Martin Luther King, stated in 1967

Your worldview or cosmoperception is a broad panorama of beliefs, facts, and values. Is a garden you need to cultivate. "What do you believe?" These ideas come from whom?" Who are your mentors?". And this garden is planted in us by parents, friends, teachers, books, schools... Also called perspectives, lenses (vista), or wavelengths.

The Disconnected Worldview

The currently dominant worldview in science can be characterized as:

The universe and all the material objects within it behave like a machine. The analysis of this machine is through successive reduction of its components into smaller and smaller parts. There is no underlying organizing framework, therefore there’s no need to consider one within the fundamental model of physics. The process of organization within the universe is solely through random events and interactions. There is no innate intelligence or life within inorganic matter, making it essentially a “dead universe”. The direction of evolving systems is always towards decreasing order and dissolution. Objects are separated by empty space and are therefore inherently disconnected. The vacuum of space is devoid of energy.

This worldview has informed the basis of design for our existing structures of schools and education, higher-level academic and research institutions, religious institutions, corporate and economic models, political systems and agendas, technological innovation and infrastructure, and even the pursuit of science itself.

Probably this is your worldview, traveler.

Quoting Einstein:

All our science, measured against reality, is primitive and childlike - and yet it is the most precious thing we have.
– Albert Einstein, 1879-1955

The Connected Worldview

The emerging worldview in science can be characterized as:

The universe and all matter/energy it comprises behave as a unified whole system. Analysis is through understanding the fundamental patterns of wholeness that are synergetically expressed in fractal repetition at all scales. The information/energy interaction is holographic throughout. The process of organization includes an inherent feedback/feedforward loop throughout the fractal and holographic matrix . This feedback exhibits an ever-evolving reflexive “intelligence” throughout the entire micro to macro cosmic system, a “living universe”. The direction of evolving systems includes a balance between both increasing and decreasing order. The space “between” objects is full of a vast energy potential that seamlessly connects all things. We live in between a tale of two words. One is disconnected: a reductionist, random, and disordered worldview. The other is interconnected and interdependent.

I invite you to be in contact with the ideas of Charles Eisenstein. His book "The More Beautiful World our Hearts Know is Possible" brings the idea of interbeing as the next worldview already happening. I referred to him when I mentioned the world's archetype in change. I was part of a book club studying his ideas and also attended events and courses he was a speaker. It would be a pleasure to talk more about it with you.

In a time of social and ecological crisis, what can we as individuals do to make the world a better place? This inspirational and thought...

The paradigm shift

Enlightenment led to secular societies. Religions gave place to science running the main worldview. The idea of a non-living universe is expressed in the metaphor of clock machinery in Western societies. But to go back in time is not a solution to our future. The present path is not the only possible one. Let's take a look at Vedic Science, for example. To Hinduism, consciousness produces matter. The cosmic dance between energy and matter we talked about before. A dialogue between sciences from different cosmoperceptions can build different worldviews.

“Science is a monolith. Ant thethere is no dialogues between equals.”
– Elisabet Sahtouris, Ph.D., evolution biologist, futurist, author, speaker and consultant on Living Systems Design

The emerging Connected Worldview is founded upon this understanding, and the model of Unified Physics gives us a simple, rational basis for it. This worldview is based upon a scientific model that says that:

The complexity of the universe (and certainly of biological structures) does not support ideas of a purely random and disorganized model of reality; There is a fundamental organizing framework that is fractally and holographically present throughout, with similar patterns and geometries found at all scales; There is a balance between entropy (tendency towards degenerative disorganization) and negentropy or syntropy (tendency towards generative organization, which is also called “centropy”, referring to an organizing movement towards the center in contrast to the disorganizing, radiative movement of entropy); The universe is filled with self-organizing (syntropic) systems; There is no such thing as a closed system in isolation from the rest of the universe; The underlying structure of spacetime has a feedback/feedforward loop wherein information is exchanged throughout the whole holographically.

Evolving habits

To Rupert Sheldrake, Nature has habits, not laws. He is a Ph.D., a biologist, and the author of more than 80 scientific papers and more than ten books. I recommend watching his keynote that was banned from TED Talk. I will study with him from June to September 2022.

Should science be a belief-system, or a method of enquiry? In the skeptical spirit of true science, Rupert Sheldrake turns the ten fundamental dogmas of materialism into exciting questions, and shows how all of them open up startling new possibilities for discovery. This course will radically change your view of what is real and what is possible.

As a connector, I could continue to give you more in-depth context about the need for a new paradigm with the idea of more scientists questioning the illusions of reality. From Walter Russel's wondrous text The Universal One, as well as James Lovelock's Gaia Theory and Rupert Sheldrake's A New Science of Life. Weaving biology and mathematics into a unified planetary model and bringing together the work of these thinkers in its wake is what we will start to talk about. All of their ideas are part of what I learned from José Arguelles when I read the Maya Factor as an entrance door to his work. His kin was 11:11, Blue Spectral Monkey. He played with reality through art in a timely, critical, moment. I honor his journey with this article today. And I invite you to continue the conversation about it in our next letters. ;)
